2016/17 Tournament Calendar – Entry Open

Scottish Squash & Racketball are delighted to announce that the tournament calendar for junior and senior/junior combined events has now been confirmed and is live on our events calendar. Masters entry will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

As you may be aware, all entries for the coming season will be coordinated through SportyHQ which will act us our new competitions management site. We would like to make players/parents/coaches aware of a few changes ahead of the coming season:

• Closing dates for events will now be 2 weeks prior to the weekend that the event takes place. This is to allow first match times/draws to be released one week in advance from the event.

(Exceptional circumstance for the Central Senior Ranking/Junior B Grade which takes place on Saturday 14^th & Sunday 15^th January 2017. Due to Christmas and the Scottish Junior Open the closing date for this event will be Friday 16^th December).

• Scottish Junior Open entry will be communicated to players in the coming months.
• Each player will need to set up a SportyHQ account in order to enter events for the coming season.
• There has been a change in our refund policy for the coming season which now states, “In the event of a withdrawal prior to the closing date a full refund, less bank and administration fees, will be given. In the event of a withdrawal after the closing date no refunds will be given, unless in exceptional circumstances.”
