The TRAC Oil & Gas North of Scotland Open returns for the 4th year of running. The PSA M10 represents the highest professional standard of competitive squash in Scotland and attracts top players from around the globe. The tournament started as a PSA Challenger 5 in 2014, when Englishman Ben Coleman won his maiden PSA World Tour title. In 2015 TRAC increased their support and the tournament grew to a Challenger 10, where it was won in dramatic fashion by Scottish home favourite Greg Lobban. In 2016, we had the strongest edition to date, and perhaps witnessed the rise of a future star in 19yr old Egyptian Youssef Soliman.
We are immensely proud to announce that the 2017 edition of the TRAC Oil & Gas North of Scotland Open and the partnership we have built has been endorsed by the Scottish Parliament. Initiated by MSP Liam Kerr, this endorsement is not only assurance that we are headed in the right direction, but it will raise awareness among the MSPs who shape our communities.
Supported by a popular graded tournament, the 2017 TRAC Oil & Gas North of Scotland Open is set to be a thriller. PSA entries are still open, however it is sure to feature top squash players from around the world as well as a host of home-grown talent.
