THRIVE candidates can apply for sportscotland coach developer support. This consists of working with a locally assigned Sport Scotland coach developer that would work with the coach in their own club/programme environment.

From observing coaching sessions, to scheduling feedback discussions and beyond, the sportscotland Coach Developer would be there to aid in the development of a coach in their typical habitat with their own players.

Please check the box at the bottom of the THRIVE application form to apply for this support. Following successful acceptance into the programme, coaches that apply for this support will be contacted directly. Spaces for this level of support are limited.
