The application window to host Gold sanctioned competitions typically opens in June each year for a period of four weeks.
Gold sanctioned competitions are the largest regional competitions within the Scottish calendar. Gold sanctioned competitions attract the highest ranked junior and senior players, and link to selection into the junior and senior teams who represent Scotland on the international stage.

- Edinburgh Sports Club Junior Gold | 22nd – 24th November 2024
- Three Gold Senior Competitions (Men’s & Women’s Open).
- Newlands Senior Gold | 27th September – 29th September 2024
- Bridge of Allan Senior Gold | 25th – 27th October 2024
- Edinburgh Sports Club Senior Gold | 7th – 9th February
