Scottish Squash teams up with Utility Bidder

Scottish Squash is delighted to announce a new partnership with Utility Bidder.

Utility Bidder have worked with the sporting industry since starting up in 2009.

This has given them great insight into the way energy is used within this industry and knowledge of the hurdles the owners come across.

They have actively grown their partnership channel this year by becoming a preferred supplier for English and Scottish bowls associations, being the main supporter for their local football club Corby Town FC and working with Cricket Scotland.

Scottish Squash spans across six regions and the partnership compliments the goals of Utility Bidder and their work within the industry, providing simple energy solutions to members of Scottish Squash.

As an Official Supplier, Utility Bidder will support squash clubs throughout Scotland in gaining competitive gas, electricity and telecoms prices from their suppliers.

Scottish Squash CEO, Maggie Still, said: “Scottish Squash are aware of how difficult it is for squash clubs to keep utility costs down and reduce overheads. I am therefore delighted to announce a new partnership with Utility Bidder, who are well placed to support clubs in their efforts to keep costs down by offering unbiased switching advice and reducing outgoings.

“As part of the agreement with Scottish Squash, Utility Bidder will support individual clubs through potential savings and by returning 20% of any commissions earned back into the club. Utility Bidder could offer a ‘win – win’ for squash clubs.”

Terry Lane from Utility Bidder added: “We are delighted to become an Official Supplier of Scottish Squash. As we actively work with sports clubs and sports associations, our experience and knowledge could prove widely beneficial to all affiliate members. Financially, we look to reduce energy costs through many different areas, also offering advice on water and telecoms.”

Following on from the partnership announcement, Utility Bidder will be working to actively promote their services to the clubs that are members of the association.
