Squash in Scotland membership feedback report
Thank you to everyone that took the time to complete our survey on the implementation of the Squash in Scotland membership structure for clubs and individuals.
Respondents were asked to share their thoughts on the first year of Squash in Scotland membership, with topics covered including price, membership benefits and experiences with SportyHQ.
Some of the key findings were as follows:
- 88% of respondents felt that the cost of Squash in Scotland Player membership is “good value for money” or “about right”.
- Access to a SportyHQ profile and the ability to play in multi-club leagues and competitions were ranked as the most attractive benefits.
- There is a desire for more communication around membership benefits, as well as welcome emails and the ability to be linked to monthly newsletter during sign-up.
