PROGRESSION REFFIN’
A NEW INITIATIVE FOR YOUNG REFEREES IN SCOTLAND
Progression Reffin’ is a brand new initiative that will see Scottish Squash work with World Squash Officiating (WSO) to bring about a change in the stigma around refereeing by recruiting people between the ages of 14-35.
This brand new programme is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and diversity within the world of Scottish Squash officiating. The programme’s mission is to empower and engage young individuals, aged 14 to 35, in the exciting and often unexplored realm of refereeing.
The aim is to create opportunities for young people to develop their skills and contribute meaningfully to the game they love, squash.
