Two exciting opportunities to join the team at Scottish Squash are available. We’re looking for the right individuals to join us as Workforce Development Manager and Club Development Manager (Women & Girls) as we continue to grow the game within under represented communities.

The Workforce Development Manager is a full-time vacancy and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing people and has what it takes to deliver a strategy aimed at growing and developing an inclusive workforce to support squash in Scotland for generations to come.

Developing opportunities and engaging more women and girls in squash is a key priority for the governing body. Our Club Development Manager (Women & Girls) is a part-time position and will support the development of people, places and programmes across Scotland. The role aims to inspire people from all backgrounds to understand the physical, mental and social benefits the sport can offer and work to ensure squash is a more equal and inclusive sport.
