West Junior Upstarts 2016

Saturday seen the first ever West Junior Upstarts tournament, a bi-weekly grassroots competition aimed exclusively at young players new to the sport of squash or those early players looking to improve. The first tournament seen 11 young players from Townend Squash Club, Whitecraigs LTC and Whitecraigs RFC come together to get some inter-club competition experience and play some competitive squash.

The tournament was a great success, the young squashies had lots of fun with some very positive feedback from the parents. A big thank you to Whitecraigs LTC for hosting the first ever West Junior Upstarts tournament and to the players and parents for participating and refereeing!
